Allianz Holding Eins is responsible for Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) focusing on strategic development, planning and leadership for financial services sectors within the region. The region covers 11 countries in total Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia and Ukraine.

The purpose of the HR Business Partner role is to collaborate close with the Regional Head of HR and acting as first point of contact for the employees within Allianz Holding Eins. As an HR Business Partner, you can contribute to further develop one of Allianz Group's most exciting entities by ensuring smooth and high-quality HR operations through your role.



  • Actively manage and oversee the initial phase of the recruiting process and support from the first request of the hiring manager until the position is filled
  • Acts as first point of contact for all candidate / employee / manager queries and reliable handling the hiring and employment management via different channels (portal, e-mail, chat, phone etc.)


  • Consult/coach managers and staff on employee relations topics
  • Responsible for defining all internal process within HR, such as organizational setup and HR policies management

Reward & Performance:

  • Support designing, preparing guidelines and executing the yearly performance and compensation review process in alignment with Regional Head of HR
  • Providing HR reports and evaluations, such as HR budget or HR staff planning, and ensuring operational excellence of relevant HR procedures

Talent Management:

  • Maintains employee and candidate data in SuccessFactors and relevant local HR systems according to the global HR guidelines
  • Run the Regional Talent Review process for AZ Holding Eins


  • Managing the internal payroll structure and administration
  • Ensuring end-to-end delivery on employee life-cycle matters (e.g. employment contract, consult on parental leave etc.)
  • Independent and reliable support of the office management of the Regional Head of HR




  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in HR, ideally HR Business Partner or HR Operations and in a global business environment
  • University degree in business administration, human resources, law or related studies
  • Ideally well verse in Austrian labor law and other related legislations
  • Trustworthy team player with independent and performance-oriented work approach
  • Ability to work with standard procedures and select appropriate solutions in a variety of work situations.
  • Proficient IT Skills (MS Office, SAP HR, Success Factors, etc.)
  • German and English high language proficiency
