  • Leading the development of an efficient process
  • Supervising and developing junior analysts
  • Building out our suite of reports to effectively communicate to senior stakeholders our view of normalized profitability vs target
  • Upholding Allianz’s values and standards including our commitment to fair customer outcomes


Skills and Experience:

  • Be a qualified actuary or have equivalent experience
  • Have strong technical understanding and ability. You will likely have abilities in many of the following: SAS, SQL, Python, R, VBA (Emblem and Radar are also handy, but not essential for the core role)
  • Have good communication skills: able ask question, to influence others and to explain things simply
