- Hybrid working model – split between home and up to 1-2 days a week in our Guildford office

- Leading the development of an efficient process
- Supervising and developing junior analysts
- Building out our suite of reports to effectively communicate to senior stakeholders our view of normalized profitability vs target
- Upholding Allianz’s values and standards including our commitment to fair customer outcomes
Skills and Experience:
- Be a qualified actuary or have equivalent experience
- Have strong technical understanding and ability. You will likely have abilities in many of the following: SAS, SQL, Python, R, VBA (Emblem and Radar are also handy, but not essential for the core role)
- Have good communication skills: able ask question, to influence others and to explain things simply
