Job Description

 

A fantastic opportunity to join our Salesforce team. As part of this high performing team, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to the Business through the development and management of one of its business-critical systems.

 

Your role will be to:

 

· Manage the APEX coding (Triggers, Batches, Controllers) across multiple orgs.

 

· Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps using APEX.

 

· Develop, document, and maintain system design and test procedure.

 

· Troubleshoot user issues and identify appropriate solution.

 

· Provide suggestions and propose solutions to Business based issues within Salesforce.

 

· Work with Automation and project team to identify potential process improvements.

 

 

Skills & Experience

 

· Working with multiple Salesforce Orgs – Classic & Lightning

 

· Strong understanding of Salesforce security, best practices, and functionality

 

· Eexperience of APEX and Visualforce coding

 

· Experience with Salesforce Lightning (migration to Lightning)

 

· API Integration via REST/SOAP

 

· Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Certified

 

· Salesforce Platform App Builder Certified

 

Additional Requirements

 

· Excellent communication skills

 

· Confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels

 

· Manage and train best practice to Administrators

 

· Experience in prioritisation of backlog and change implementation

 

· Ability to develop, share experience and knowledge with others

 

· Knowledge of Insurance Industry products is preferable

 

· Project management experience preferable
