Services offered range from designing learning experiences, creating learning products, managing learning activities, analyzing learning success, and providing trainers and coaches.

 

As part of Learning Design Services, the E-Learning Instructional Designer is a Learning & Development professional serves as the Learning and development support person in providing key learning platforms in the Allianz ecosystem, i.e. the core Learning Management System (LMS) Success Factors Learning, the Learning and Content Management System (LCMS) Blended, and the Learning Experience Platform Degreed.

 

The service covers operational activities of eLearning creation, content implementation on the Blended eLearning platform, development of video content, animation, and design, as well as underlying project management activities.

 

The service includes:

• eLearning content creation

• Creation of digital learning formats

• Development of learner interactions and learning progress assessment measures

• Integration of content into dedicated eLearning platform

• Quality assurance

• Development of video content

• Creation of video clips based on comprehensive scripts

• Quality assurance and ensuring compliance with Allianz guidelines for software ergonomics

• Animation and design services

• Creation of custom designs

• Animation of relevant content to increase learner engagement

• Reporting and communication

• Project planning

• Communication and reporting towards client

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create mid complexity learning items into the system;
  • Assist with creation of minimum viable products (MVPs) and assist with learning journeys planning.
  • Develop and/or retool entry- and advanced-level courses, participant & instructor guides, exercises, scenarios, job aids and assessments for a variety of audiences and purposes;
  • Leverage instructional design and multi-media skills & tools to design and develop both formal and informal learning solutions utilizing appropriate media;
  • Ensure that all training materials are consistent, easy to understand and well organized;
  • Apply innovative thinking and creation solutions that reflect client needs, learner assessment, content and organizational need;
  • Continuously learn new features of development tools and software;
  • Storyboard creation as well as review, and good knowledge of learning theories

  • Learner experience design: Ability to develop learner-friendly interface design by following instructional design principles.

 

TOOLS:

  • Be able to use the Internal learning content system (LCS) – mid level tasks and complexity
  • Graphic/ Audio/ Video editing tools experience is a plus ( Synthesia, Powttoon, Storyset)
  • Knowledge of any eLearning authoring tool & Content Management System

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, German is a plus.
  • Familiarity with learning solution development tools and standards; Excellent Microsoft Office skills (esp. PowerPoint);
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or e-learning systems is a plus;
  • Strengths in designing, organizing and writing materials from sketch are a plus;
  • Functional knowledge of instructional design methodologies are a plus;
  • Background in audio or video editing area would be a plus;
  • At least 1 year experience in teaching, training, writing or web technology.
  • LMS exposure and good knowledge in SCORM package
