The Strategy Planning Office (SPO), reporting into the CEO Office, supports Allianz International Health in successfully achieving its strategic intent through robust planning and effective project portfolio management. 

Reporting directly to the SPO Manager, the SPO Analyst will be responsible for supporting the organization's SPO function.  This role will be responsible for tracking the status of the project portfolio deliverables, milestones and financials, monitoring variances, and supporting the development and adoption of the project portfolio management processes.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Support the development and rollout of best practice processes and toolkit for the effective planning and Governance of the Allianz International Health Strategic Project Portfolio.  Support training and continuous improvements.
  • Maintain repository and act as custodian of SPO policies, standards, artifacts and procedures.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the SPO quality strategy.
  • Responsible for collecting, consolidating and interpreting project portfolio data from Project Managers and Business Stakeholders  to produce regular reports and insights for all levels of Governance including Executive Level.
  • Track and maintain an effective benefits delivery plan for all Strategic Projects.
  • Assist in strategic and budgetary planning processes (as needed).
  • Build and maintain partner relationships across International Health and Allianz Partners.

  • Ability to interpret project data and extract project progress variance and identify common/shared patterns
