What you do

You achieve new business targets through acquisition of new customers via a direct sales approach. You generate leads via your own (social) network and work also on leads generated by telemarketing. You are on top of new evolutions in the market of Fraude Insurance and make proposals for product innovation to follow the market in different segments.

Main Targets

You achieve targets for portfolio growth with respect of quality and risk awareness of the business: 
- Follow and analyse the commercial performance in line with the prospection plan 
- Prospection and direct sales to all customer segments
- Attend presentations for prospects, external parties and networks in order to provide the proposition of Allianz Trade
- Work together with direct sales of other Lines of Business to develop cross selling and meet the targets defined 
- Analyse the need of the prospect and provide him with the right proposition in collaboration with the underwriter
- Negotiate with the prospect in order to achieve results.

These targets are achieved with respect of Global Fidelity Rules and Local Authorities.

What you bring
Your are an experienced sales professional in the insurance industry, with a hunter mentality who is able to convince prospects in a negotiation.  You will generate new business opportunities and convert them into profitable long-term relations.

Market Knowledge
- Experience and knowledge of Financial Lines insurance
- Expert know-how in specifics of the market

Technical knowledge and skills:
- Expert sales knowledge in sales negotiation skills
- Generate leads and convert them in  offers and contracts
- Experience in use of social selling tools like LinkedIn Sales
  Navigator, Highspot, Hootsuite ...
- Well-developed presentation skills

Interpersonal skills:
- Team player to collaborate with other functions 
- Convincing customers / strong negotiator 
- Relationship skills to develop network
