Customer Care Agent

Responsibilities :
- Back and Front office activities for customer support;
- Process medical claims within the agreed company SLA (service level agreement);
- Ensure accurate and efficient adjudication/investigation of each claim, ensuring timely follow-up of claims, to deliver a superior client experience and accurate reporting;
- Consistently contribute to departmental success by meeting agreed personal and team targets for both productivity and quality Foster healthy inter-departmental relationships by responding to internal customer queries in a professional, solution focused manner to ensure an efficient response is provided;
- Other Ad hoc duties as required;
Profile Key Requirements
- Advanced German (B2) and English (min B2) language;
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role would be a plus;
- Demonstrate experience identifying and implementing problem solving skills;
- Experience effectively dealing with high volumes and quick turnaround times;
- Experience in a customer and quality focused environment;
- Demonstrate experience of working on own initiative on end to end process with little to no direction or supervision while delivering desired results;
- Experience multi-tasking while meeting challenging deadlines;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
