  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to direct and implement effective business strategies and organisational structures.
  • Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.
  • Oversee company operations and productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.

 

What you will do

 

  • Establish, implement and communicate the strategic direction of the organization’s operational goals while collaborating with other divisions and departments.
  • Ensure sustainability, efficiency and flexibility of operations in order to strengthen standard operations and drives continuous alignment of the leadership team including best practice sharing from previous projects.
  • Responsible to drive key initiatives such as automation (6Sigma, Agile, OPex, Kaizen, Process Mining, etc) and innovative technologies (Robotics, Analytics, Chatbots, Machine Learning, AI etc).
  • Oversee business intelligence, facilities, logistics and suppliers management, project management functions, IT Strategy including Information Security Management System, Protection and Resilience framework, ESG strategy and IT onsite support.
  • Adopt Industry Best Practices (e.g. CMMi, GPTW, EDGE) and quality certifications (ISO9001/27001/22301/50001).
  • Achieve operational excellence by overseeing the execution of our functions, systems, processes and procedures and leading corrective measures as necessary.

 

 

What you bring

 

  • At least 6 years of professional experience in operations management, strategic planning and change management, e.g. IT (security) operations, Facilities & Procurement and Protection & Resilience.
  • Capable to handle startup operations end-to-end

 

You have

 

  • Master degree in economics, business administration, information technology/computer sciences or equivalent quality/industrial engineering
  • Excellent command of English & French (verbal and written)
  • Business knowledge in internal/external audit is an advantage
  • Team spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive and committed working style
  • Ability to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and cultures
  • Ability to manage a range of projects types and complex business initiatives with related prioritizations and change programs.
  • Capability to provide timely, accurate and relevant project and portfolio reporting as agreed.
  • Proven people leader with experience of building, evolving and motivating a high performing and diverse team.
