Summary: 

 

The quality assurance specialist is responsible for supporting and conducting the operations department quality processes and the efficacy of the overall systems in place to ensure the utmost in customer satisfaction as well as be responsible for ensuring continual quality improvement and management.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

 

Maintain, assist in and develop department policies, procedures and processes, as required
Contributing information and analysis from customer/claim journey reviews to strategic plans with action plans and follow ups
Conducting and assisting in internal quality assurance audits
Monitor internal workflows for execution, ownership and maintenance
Provide assistance in updating and maintaining workflows
Monitor and maintain affected databases and lists
Effective, accurate, timely communication and MIS reporting
Combine large amounts of data and analysis into meaningful conclusions with root cause analysis and action plans;
Produce presentations, dashboards, and reports.

Minimum Requirements: 

 

Medical background;
TPA and / or healthcare background;
Minimum 3 years relevant experience;
Experience with Microsoft Office products;
Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills;

Ability to solve problems and suggest solutions to improve business process and results
