What you do 

 

Based in Sydney and reporting to the Head of Business Development, as a Business Development Manager, you will play an important part in growing our portfolio, achieving our new business targets and ultimately, driving the success of our business. You will 

  • Build and foster relationships and partnerships with new and exisiting specialist and general brokers, partners, prospects and clients across Australia 
  • Create and convert a pipeline through Allianz intermediaries network and through banks and financial partners
  • Develop and manage an effective distribution channel strategy in line with our business strategy
  • Acquire new customers based on leads whilst generating your own leads through direct and referral networks
  • Identify cross- and up-selling opportunities
  • Ensure we meet and maintain our business and regulatory standards and requirements
