This role is responsible for individual production target set by the company and ensuring the achievements of Branch’s objective.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve GWP plan and target as set by branch
  • To solicits, procures and maintain business from dealers in order to achieve sales target, profitability and sustainability
  • To ensure Motor and Non Motor outstanding are collected and bad debts are kept at minimal and acceptable level with valid reason.
  • Recruitment of new dealers as per individual target
  • Provide quotation to dealers for non motor cases within mandate and to obtain approval those risks exceeding mandate


Key Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree/Diploma in any field of studies.
  • Prefer minimum 3 years experience in Business Development (Franchise)
  • Good to have an exposure in General Insurance
  • Servicing and maintain good networking and working relationship with all agents including technical support, motivation and training
  • To ensure acceptance of motor and non motor risk are within branch authority limit and complied with underwriting guidelines and Company’s workflow.
