The holder of this position is responsible for achieving growth targets and for driving the strategic transition of the Data & Analytics organization to an end-to-end service organization. This includes the daily management of the Data & Analytics Platforms Hungarian organization. Monitors, leads, trains, and manages the staff via the Team Leads report to him/her. Also conducts research and sets goals for the team and ensures that the overall daily operations run smoothly. She/he is responsible for the P/L.

 

The holder of this position has a track record of business transformation projects and combines deep technical skills and data expertise with business acumen. Can anticipate data & analytics trends and has a clear understanding of application opportunities for Allianz. Drives the decommissioning program and is responsible for modernization and productivity gains (e.g., Cloud data technologies, DevOps, ML, GenAI, state-of-the art data management, etc.).

 

Head of DAP HU duties will include allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring, and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, hiring, and training employees, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities. Head of DAP HU entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing DAP will assist the organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

Develop a vision for the location and in particular, the role of data and analytics for Allianz group. Seeks opportunities and develops the business accordingly.

The position holder must have excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting, and finance skills, and strong leadership qualities. She/he should account for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, constantly work on reducing costs while keeping quality high, drive sales and improve revenue, maintain relationships with clients, enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.
