Responsibilities

  • End to end training administration for all varieties of trainings and process improvements
  • Extract and analyze reports from SuccessFactors
  • Develop reports on HR data for analysis and decision-making, statistical data analysis and other reporting as required;
  • Execute transactions with minimal direction, enter data and retrieve information from group-specific system, audit own data entry for accuracy & make corrections as needed;
  • Respond to various requests for information, as needed; escalate to supervisor as appropriate
  • Complex international invoice management
  • KPI tracking and management of P& L
  • Project support for continues improvement measures and other team priorities

 

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in training administration
  • Experience with comprehensive invoice process related
  • Experience with HR data analytics
