In our Learning Services Team at Allianz Services, you will work alongside a team of Learning & Development (L&D) Experts focused on developing and implementing learning strategies and technology-enhanced learning assets for our clients at Allianz around the world. Key responsibilities / You will get to:

  • Carry out pitches with clients and manage client follow-ups.
  • Produce proposals incl. cost estimates for new service requests.
  • Identify key stakeholders for the projects (e.g., subject matter experts).
  • Advises customers / stakeholders and actively clarifies their expectations and requirements.
  • Ensure on time, on budget and high-quality project deliverables and high customer / stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Support Learning Enablement Service with Change & Communication measures.
  • Contribute to Service development in the area of Change & Communications.
  • Drive effective communication strategies, ensuring clear and impactful messaging.
  • Create project communication plan by target groups and available communication devices.
  • Plan and facilitate User Acceptance Tests (UATs).

 

Key requirements / What we hope you bring: 

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken - at least C1, German is a plus but not required.
  • Proficient in project management tools and standards; Excellent Microsoft Office skills (esp. PowerPoint). 
  • Change Management certification is a plus.
  • Strengths in organizing and visual design. Eye for detail.
  • Functional knowledge of agile methodologies 
  • Background in business management or economics is a plus.
  • At least 1-3 years’ experience in project management and change & communications.


Desired requirements /skills /experience:

  • Analytical skills: support various forms of change related assessments such as stakeholder analysis, change readiness assessment, change impact analysis, and needs analysis. Change monitoring: monitor change progress and change management effectiveness.
  • Editorial skills: drafting communication materials and develop texts in English, proofread and provide feedback for communication materials.
  • Develop customized change case using methods of storytelling and story lining. Problem-solving skills: Ability to oversee development of materials at agreed quality standards and deal with constraints in an efficient manner. Ability to solve problems.
  • Visual design skills: Ability to develop visual design assets (derive visual assets from corporate identity) to effectively communicate towards clients.
