Job role

- all the responsibilities are related in the next fields
- employee reports to the direct manager 
- the team currently has 12 members who deliver various financial services to several AZSE entities; they all work on an extended team setup with the Germany teams/ clients;


What you will do

- Providing controlling and accounting support
- Managing of central mailbox re incoming documents
- Screening of cost estimates, project agreements and contracts re completeness (address of service provides, invoicing details, service period….)
- Directly interacting with GSMD colleagues as well as 3rd party providers
- Screening of invoices re completeness & correctness (Allianz SE address, bank details, reference to contract or cost estimate)
- Preparation for booking of invoices
- Communication with colleagues re reminder on outstanding contracts, cost estimates


What you bring

- University degree in Finance, Economics or comparable
- Must have at least 4 years professional experience in Finance / Controlling area
- Previous experience in a corporate environment or in regular reporting tasks is crucial (KPI reporting: financial/non-financial)
- Ability and experience to work with big data volume
- Strong proficiency with Excel, , and experience with database maintenance and navigation
- Previous experience with SAP is a plus
- Fluent in English – strong verbal and written communication skills
