The  Compliance Expert Allianz Technology SE solo works together with colleagues to implement the Compliance Management System of Allianz Technology Group in Germany for both business segments, Allianz Technology and Allianz Services.  The main responsibilities are to (i) advise on how to comply with laws and internal rules (ii) perform the risk assessment and define suitable control and mitigation measures to effectively mitigate Compliance Risks (iii) prevent and detect illegal, unethical, or improper conduct in alignment with the central Investigation Expert and (iv) be an integral part of the Compliance organization of Allianz Technology Group. 



  • Orchestrate, implement and monitor individual Compliance programs for the Allianz Technology Group globally;
  • Provide continuous support and training for global Compliance community;
  • Ensure that ongoing monitoring activities are established and performed 
  • Ensure that investigations and on-site reviews are carried out in line with legal, compliance policy and regulatory requirements
  • Provide and prepare reports on several Compliance topics;




  • Contribute to implement an effective compliance management system locally in Germany
  • Foster a compliance culture and a tone-from-the-top with the help of a long-term communication concept
  • Execution of decentral issues management and accompanying use of the Compliance Case Management Tool (CCMT)
  • Ad hoc incident handling in case of compliance incidents in alignment with the central Anti-Fraud Coordinator
  • Execution and monitoring of relevant legal changes using the accompanying group-wide legal change monitoring tool (RCT)
  • Regular execution of the local compliance risk assessment as well as derivation and implementation of effective controls and risk mitigation measures (follow up process), incl. documentation
  • Execution of the program maturity assessment with the tool “CARE”
  • Verification and adaptation of the Allianz Technology compliance plan to the locally applied risk areas
  • Conduct compliance trainings according to the local training plan
  • Regular and structured exchange with the responsible Relationship Managers



  • 3 + years of professional experience
  • Experience in the compliance function or another safeguarding function is a plus
  • Business fluent English, German skills are a plus
  • Strong team-work skills and intercultural experience
  • Applying analytical thinking and conflict management skills as well as moderation and presentation techniques
  • Profound communication skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse audience, e.g. on senior level
  • Highest ethical standards and integrity
