Purpose
The trainer position is the first impression of excellence in the company. You have to train & leader new hires, track their performance, create strategies to provide easily any kind of information, build confidence in their daily task to stablish experts in their future roles, join the experts in their nesting period, acknowledge all the possible doubt about the product, create new eLearning and face to face material, send daily reports to all the leaders creating a high visibility in the new hires/experts performance, reinforce the knowledge with new processes/indications, retraining low performers, be the administrator and controller of our internal eLearning platform, and create monthly knowledge tests.
Roles and Responsabilities
Quality Assurance Program
- Delivers group and individual instruction and training covering a range of technical, operational, and/or management areas in a specified field.
- Assists in analyzing and assessing training and development needs for Operations.
- May lead, guide, and train, interns, and/or volunteers performing related work; may participate in the recruitment of volunteers, as appropriate to the area of operation
- Develops training curricula and/or recommends or utilizes vendor programs that meet instructional goals and objectives
- Coordinates or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs
- Formulates training outlines and determines instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
Evaluates effectiveness of training and development programs and utilizes relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods.
- Selects or develops training aids, including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works.
Monitor and map the skills acquisition status per Associate and, in collaboration with Ops leaders, make sure that additional skills are being delivered in accordance with local strategy.
- In charge of support the processing and controlling of all New Hire and/other user requests (Software, Email, other, etc.)
Develop & implement a leadership index to assess leadership potential from Associates and a Talent Management program to assess /develop leadership effectiveness amongst the pool of Team leaders
- Contribute to the design & coordinate the delivery of the leadership development programs in order to create one common culture in terms of Leadership, Operations Management and Cultural understanding.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned (classroom availability, equipment function, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
- Tenure in Company: At least 12 Months. (for internal candidates)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish & English
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business / HR or related work experience desired
- MS Office skills
- Exigent / self-motivated individual with high stand of work and ethics
- High level of emotional intelligence (self-awareness & control, empathy, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills – must be able to analyze statistical reports and metrics; ideal candidate will have experience reporting and presenting data
- Must have excellent leadership, communications and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively; must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and execute decision with judgment and discretion
