Supporting information to all distribution channels. The communication messages will cover contest/convention, events & schedules, sales/ promotion materials, changes in processes, product specifications, documentation requirements, incentive targets and rewards, etc.

Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya

  1. Being center of communication to deliver message to Agency Distribution Channels included Agency, Bancassurance, and Direct Marketing and being and being the owner of all communication tools targeting to these group of people (Agency)
    • Draft communication message (covered page/letter) for any announcement sent to Agency Force sales forces via e-mail
    • Create design and layout of each communication messages sent thru email to suit each target group.
    • Recommend proper wordings for e-mail and SMS sent to Agency Forces
    • Review drafts of letters from other departments
    • Plan monthly concept/theme for STAR Magazine (Monthly Magazine for Agency Force), co-ordinate with relevant parties to get info. to promote in each month, review overall design & content before publishing
    • Draft CEO Message for STAR Magazine and CEO Speech for Sales Events that require CEO’s participation
    • Manage traffic and recommend timing to launch each communication message to Sales Distribution Channels
    • Organize regular meeting with related parties to ensure that the team is aligned with what’s happening and what’s next.
    • Manage the agency area support team by ensuring that they understand the content so that they help promoting the content to the agents in the areas.

2) Sales Communication performance report

  • Track and monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of sales communication messages.
  • Lead the cross functions in term of driving main communication project for distribution channels

3) Sale Contest & Digital Campaign

  • Initiate sale contest and Trip Convention for agency channel
  • Create digital campaign to agent usage.

4) Event

  • Help to organize agency event and booth activities eg. AL Seminar, Kick Off, Off the year.

5) Run special projects eg. such as Digital project

 

Must Have

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or other related field
  • At least 5 years in marketing or communication
  • Ability to equip self in creating the layout/content that can be ready to use via social media, LINE/FB/Tiktok/Youtube
  • Communicate with strategy in mind. What is important, what’s the priority and how frequent to communicate. Who are the target group of what content and why?
  • Collaborate with Digital and Social Media team to leverage the content that help enhancing the topic
  • Collaborate with internal and external for the efficiency in content delivering
  • Know the channel that fits with the content, email/Webex/Youtube/FB/Line/tiktok, etc.
