Summary;

Is mainly responsible to manage the complaints received from the external parties (e.g. customers, OIC) and internal parties (e.g. sales/ distribution, TRS, Finance & Accounting, ACCC, Policy Management, other departments) for fraud cases regarding to premium and policy/ invoices or mis-selling & misconduct . This position will monitor all debts from fraud cases, and coordinate with the relevant parties for statement deduction.
This position will manage the other investigation (e.g. TR Lost, sales forces’ Frequently Policy Loan), check and investigate for the complaint and requests.

 

Key responsibilities;

'1) Premium Investigation
- Receive and manage the complaints received from the external parties (e.g. customers, OIC) and internal parties (e.g. sales/ distribution, TRS, Finance & Accounting, other departments) for fraud cases regarding to premium and policy/invoices
- Coordinate and work together with the relevant parties to find the further information in checking frauds
- Provide the reports for customers’ cases to Finance & Accounting in taking care of customers
- Perform and proceed for police station’s processes, or coordinate with Legal Department for the next steps
- Provide and summarize agent’s fraud cases including U&I and Claim investigation
- Submit the reports of agent’s fraud cases to Ethic Committee

 

'2) Debt Following-up and Statement Deduction
- Check and monitor all debts from fraud cases, and work with sales management team from all channels to define the action required for statement deduction
- Follow up debts, and ensure the statement deduction
- Coordinate with Finance & Accounting for statement deduction

 

'3) Other Investigation (e.g. TRs Lost, sales forces’ Frequently Policy Loan Risk Management-KRIs)
- Receive the complaints or requests from the relevant parties for other investigation (e.g. TR Lost, sales forces’ Frequently Policy Loan,Risk Management-KRIs)
- Check and investigate for the complaint and requests
- Follow up with the relevant parties
- Work together with Finance & Accounting to hold benefits, and other departments for further investigation
 

'4) Mis-selling or misconduct  
- Receive the complaint from the relevant parties for mis-selling or misconduct         
- Investigate DATA                                                                                                            
- Sent to Insurance Investigation                                                                                      
- Submit case to ethic committee

 

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, law or other related field

• 5-8 years experience in Investigation, Auditing, Claim Management, Underwriting, or other related fields in bank or insurance industry
