Responsible for working along top executives and applying your professional expertise on various special projects. Not only you will gain valuable knowledge and hands-on experience, but you will also get the chance to transform our business in one of the following areas: Strategic partnerships and Alliances, Sales & Distribution, Operations & Process Transformation,and Technical (Product Development, Actuarial, MIS)

• Overseeing all areas of assigned function, implementing any operational changes and delivering measurable improvements. 
• Planning, organizing, monitoring, and managing all phases of assigned business transformation projects.
• Developing and evaluating opportunities for the creation of business cases/models
• Assess the implications of the business change, analyze and map business processes, and identify the required actions needed to transition
• Providing proactive and engaged leadership on key projects designed to increase revenue, reduce expenses, enhance business efficiency, or improve customer experience

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in the Insurance Industry, or related areas
• Master’s degree holder with education background in related fields
• Learning agility and possess critical thinking skill
• Excellent English proficiency
