Provides support for end-to-end process of new product development and product enhancements, from idea generation, product concept evaluation, product implementation (systems & process preparation, OIC filing, product documentation) to post launch review.

Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya

• Provide support for market, competitor, and customer research, product portfolio data analysis to understand the customers’ needs, customer segmentation, and market landscape to develop product roadmap and product strategy
• Lead related parties to ensure readiness of systems and process before launch of new products and product enhancements from a product and business/customer point of view
• Develop product materials and participate in product working group to ensure sales materials are aligned with the approved product design
• Prepare product-related documents, policy wordings, and liaising with the regulator (OIC) for product approval, and other matters
• Provide training to the trainers and related internal parties before product launch
• Gathers and analyzes feedback, and conduct performance analysis after product launch for continual improvement

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or equivalent.
• Minimum 6-10 years experience in insurance industry and health care
• Good English language skills

Nice to Have

• Strong background in product development / implementation / project management
• Understand in insurance risk, and analyzing skill
• Details-oriented skills
