D_Senior Financial Analyst

What you do

Operations Management: 

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. 

• Coordinate with different teams to streamline processes and resolve any operational issues. 

Ariba Management: 

• Manage procurement processes using Ariba. 

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures. 

• Handle vendor management and contract negotiations. 

ServiceNow (SNOW) Resource Planning: 

• Develop and maintain resource plans in ServiceNow. 

• Monitor resource allocation and utilization to optimize productivity. 

• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate resource forecasting.

Order-to-Invoice (O2I) Process: 

• Manage the end-to-end O2I process, from order creation to invoicing. 

• Follow up on missing revenues, quote statuses, and approvals from Account Managers (AM) and Operating Entities (OE). 

• Ensure timely and accurate billing and revenue recognition. 

Provision Communication to Controlling: 

• Communicate provision requirements to the Controlling team. 

• Ensure provisions are accurately posted by Controlling. 

• Maintain records of all provisions communicated and posted. 

Reporting and Management Dashboard: 

• Develop and maintain comprehensive management dashboards. 

• Generate regular reports to provide insights into operational performance. 

• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 

SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning: 

• Input and maintain planning data in SAP Analytics Cloud. 

• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial planning and forecasting. 

• Support the development of planning models and scenarios.
