Nice to know

Take ownership for implementation of Protection & Resilience for Thailand business by coordinate with regional P&R team. Lead for guidance and coordination with related departments, business units and functions for Business Continuity Management. Participate regularly in the local Governance and Control Committee. Effective implementation of Protection and Resilience to minimize business interruption through identification, mitigation, response and recovery from risk events and emergency incidents.

Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya

1) Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management

  • Act as BCM officer to handle BCM plan and represent crisis management team during the crisis
  • Manage and lead team in performing analysis on business impacts from different business continuity cases
  • Review and ensure the quality of the reports and documents regarding to business continuity management with quality, completeness and timeliness
  • BIA (Business Impact analysis) / RIA (risk identification analysis)
  • Recovery, BCM strategy and plan
  • Conduct crisis exercise, Plan for crisis management and support for implementation
  • Regularly monitor situation for potential crisis to relate with staff and business

2) Protection and Resilience (P&R)

  • Adapt the Standard of guideline on Country level via a binding document and ensure that its requirements are fulfilled
  • Provide a platform for collaboration and standardization efforts
  • Developments around the Protection & Resilience framework including new requirements, run activity and controls with expert functions
  • Monitor and review schedules with company expert functions, regional and global Protection & Resilience
  • Coordinate action plans and ensure that Protection & Resilience monitoring and reporting system is adequately implemented.
  • Prepare P&R reports and dashboards for the local regulatory and board management to report state of health in their organization
  • Prepare results of self-assessments/reviews and communicate status update to Executive Management and Regional team
  • Participates in the Governance & Control Committee or P&R Steering or Crisis Management Committee
  • Monitor situation that may impact to business disruption, validate, and escalate to P&R Steering
  • Provide support upon request e.g. crisis communication, business continuity site setup such as train and create awareness on this topic to staff and related people
  • Take the ownership for deficiencies from the self-assessment / reviews and enforce implementation of action plans on OE level and co-ordinate with stakeholders
  • Handle and manage risk assessment and audit action points and resolve any issues




3) Allianz Standard for information and document management (ASIDM)

  • Lead Allianz Standard for Information and document management framework
  • Ensure all activity are comply with Group Guideline i.e. auto deletion 
  • Conduct training for all staff on ASIDM topic
  • Liaise with IT and vendor to ensure the solution implementation

Must Have

  • At least 5 years direct experience in Protection & Resilience or Resilience or Business Continuity Management from insurance, financial or banking industry
  • Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Computer Science, Management Information System, IE or related field
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current business continuity and crisis management planning techniques and Information Technologies
  • Knowledge of industry processes, control & risk frameworks and standards (e.g. relevant international standards (ISO), COSO, etc.)
  • Knowledge of risk management, cyber security, data protection and new security related technologies, and relevant P&R domains (e.g. Business Continuity Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Protective Security, Global Incident Management, Crisis Management, Outsourcing, Information & Document Management)

  • Lead and understanding of security-related threats and risks, as well as practices and capabilities to address them
  • Strong project management and organizational skills. Self-directed and able to set priorities, organize time, resolve issues, follow up on tasks, and identify resources for projects
  • Experience of working in multicultural environment, collaborative and relationship working style, good team player with members of other departments
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and other document management software such as Adobe Acrobat
  • Sound understanding of Protection & resilience domains
