Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Motor Insurance Claims Examiner, where your primary role will be to deliver exceptional customer service, efficiently assess claims, and manage documentation. You will coordinate with customers and departments to resolve cases, schedule service appointments, and support various departmental tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and manage claims in line with benefits.
  • Review and approve claims accurately.
  • Address customer inquiries about claim payments and policy details.
  • Maintain and manage documentation efficiently, adhering to company standards.
  • Verify and prepare documents for customers as requested.
  • Ensure accuracy in received documents and prepare summaries and payment documents.
  • Support other duties or projects as assigned by the manager.

 

Working Conditions:

  • Hours: 40 hours per week, 08:30 – 17:30
  • Days: Monday to Friday (5 days)
  • Location: Head Office (Ratchathewi)
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or vocational diploma in any field.
  • Preferably 1+ year of experience in auto insurance or automotive service centers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and reporting.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Highly motivated with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards.
  • Excellent work ethic, responsibility, and punctuality.
  • Good communication skills in English; a TOEIC score of 600+ is a plus.
