 Essential Job Functions:

• Handle  call and e-mail from customers and providers

• Provide information according to insurance policy and claim enquiries

• Coordinate and support claim assessor

• Perform other duties and special assignments as required

 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor degree in any fields 

• 1 year work experience in Health Insurance customer service will be an advantage.

• Excellence Customer Service and  Interpersonal skill

• Good problem solving skill

• Flexible to work as shift, holidays, weekends

• New graduated are welcome
