Main Tasks:

   Provide feedback to internal and external customer’s queries in a professional demeanor within TAT.

   Manage inclusion of new payers’ products in the system

   Manage inclusion of new insured as requested by the Payer or the operation

   Perform data error correction and alteration of client database to meet client’s requirements

   Maintain high quality of card printing (when applicable) to satisfy clients’ preset standards of service

   Close month and issue reinsurance statement of account for payers and reinsurers in a timely manner.

   Respond to the requests and queries of Self-Funded Scheme Group and HR Entities.

   Report bugs to IT Division, sign off release notes and share related enhancements with concerned parties when applicable.

   On time delivery and coordination of outputs

   Delivery in accordance with specification/ documentation

   Product Review participation & implementation

   Day-to-day management of customer and internal Relations

   Report regularly on performance as such would be related to quality/quantity  aspects to allow for proper recognition of work evaluations.

   Active involvement in the implementation and continuous improvement of  TAT

 

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Insurance Sciences
Experience:  2+ years experience in the Insurance Industry,  TPA , Reinsurance, Hospitals or Medical Centers exposure is a plus Physically fit to carry out duties
Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills
