What you do

 

At Allianz Trade, the Account Manager is responsible for the strategic ownership of a portfolio of accounts to service and retain. The Account Manager will work closely with broker intermedaries to build and maintain relationships with our partners to ensure the commercial success of our business.  The Account Manager is also responsible for:

 

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as claims, risk and policy administration to lead the successful service of our clients

  • Ensuring visibility by performing Market and Client visits (including inter-state) with a developing visitation plan

  • Proactively managing renewal pipeline

  • Supporting our new business strategy by being involved in our handover process and occasionally attending new business meetings to demonstrate our service offering at point of sale/inception

  • Responsible for the renewal process according to our commercial underwriting guidelines.

  • Participating in and supporting the Account Management team’s improvement strategy.

 

This position will be ideally based in Melbourne although Sydney may be considered for the right candidate.
