【工作目的 / 角色】 數位策略創新部(DSIC)負責開發和維護台灣安聯人壽之數位資產,我們希望尋找俱有潛力的數位人才,與安聯一同在保險數位化的浪潮下,實現持續創新和成長。

 

【工作內容】

1. 帶領數位業務專案團隊,指導並協助組員於各種數位創新專案中,制定適當工作流程、定義專案範圍、確認角色分工、控管專案品質…等,以確保專案的產出。

2. 定期追蹤團隊專案執行成效、預算及時程控管,並成為技術及商業間的溝通橋梁,協助確保專案跨部門溝通品質。

3. 參與策略討論,與行銷、業務、後勤部門協同合作行銷及推廣數位工具

4. 確保數位工具UI/UX符合使用者經驗,傾聽使用者需求,擁抱Agile(敏捷)開發原則並與(Waterfall)瀑布式開發方式交互彈性運用

5. 主動發覺專案風險,制定風險控制措施,與相關利害單位共同溝通尋找解決或替代方案
