The PIMCO Prime Real Estate Senior Compliance Officer is to support the PPRE Global Chief Compliance Officer with all applicable compliance and regulatory matters. This position will be based in Munich.

This position requires a professional with diplomatic and analytical skills who can flourish in a challenging, fast-paced, and professional environment with frequent shifts in priorities as business needs dictate and reports to the PPRE Chief Compliance Officer.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The PIMCO Prime Real Estate Senior Compliance Officer is responsible for compliance matters in relation to PPRE’s real estate advisory, investment and management activities globally. The primary responsibilities include:

 

  • Perform compliance activities, in accordance with PPRE’s global compliance policies, including:
  • Support the PIMCO Prime Real Estate Global Chief Compliance Officer in relation to the coordination and execution of global compliance activities; Take full responsibility for one or more of the above topics, and be point of contact for local PPRE Compliance Officers
  • Perform compliance reviews of the firm's marketing materials, product-related documents and client correspondence
  • Provide compliance trainings
  • Take initiative in learning and applying new skills and regulations
