As a PMO intern, you will work with the Local Information Security Officers of Allianz Technology France, get deeper insights of managing information security governance on a global scale and cover various projects. In this role, you will support ISO team in preparation of meetings, ensuring action follow up and delivering projects in a timely manner.

You will

• Support the team in preparation of workshops and meetings
• Build-up and maintain reports
• Prepare decision-making process based on existing methods and tools
• Finish projects with proper documentation and handover of project results
• Be comfortable working on various areas, managing priorities to support the team effectively

Your skills

• Interested in and understanding of Information Security Governance and IS Risk Management
• Experience in MS Office mostly: Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently
• Studies: Computer Science, but not mandatory needed
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to convey information clearly to various audiences (technical teams as well as management)
• Project management experience desirable
• You know agile methodology
• Autonomy and team spirit
