Rethink your career

Bring your experience and people skills to work that truly matters. In Personal Injury, you’ll support injured people at their most vulnerable—helping them recover, return to work and rebuild their independence.

Whether you’re guiding someone through their recovery or collaborating on better outcomes, you’ll care in a different way as part of our industry leading Personal Injury team.

As a Case Manager, you’ll be the steady, trusted presence for customers navigating recovery. You’ll manage a portfolio of claims end to end, building strong relationships, coordinating supports and removing barriers to return to work. Drawing on your empathy, organisation and problem solving skills, you’ll help people regain confidence and independence—while delivering high quality outcomes that truly make a difference. It’s meaningful, people focused work with the support, collaboration and development to help you grow your career.

If you have experience as a nurse, allied health professional, rehabilitation consultant, disability support worker, or in a high touch customer service role, this could be a great fit for you.

Claims Specialists play a critical role in shaping how care is delivered across Personal Injury. Working at a strategic level, you’ll partner with stakeholders to simplify claims journeys, improve customer and frontline experiences, and drive practical change. Using your deep claims knowledge and analytical skills, you’ll challenge the status quo and translate insight into better outcomes at scale. This is meaningful work with real impact—where expertise, collaboration and innovation come together to improve how customers experience care.

If you have experience as a senior claims professional, process improvement specialist, project or change practitioner—particularly in complex or regulated environments—this role could be a strong fit.

As a Claims Support Officer, you’re the engine behind great customer outcomes. Your attention to detail, organisation and service mindset ensure Case Managers have what they need to support customers through recovery. From maintaining systems to coordinating essential administration, your work enables the smooth progression of claims and contributes to a positive customer experience. You’ll be part of a close knit, supportive team doing meaningful work that makes a difference—every day.

If you’ve worked in administration, healthcare coordination, practice support, customer operations or another detail focused service role, this role could suit your skills and experience.

Return to Work Specialists help turn recovery goals into real world outcomes. Working closely with injured workers, case managers and stakeholders, you’ll motivate, influence and guide people back to safe and sustainable work. With a strong focus on relationships, early intervention and collaboration, you’ll improve recovery outcomes and create positive, lasting impact for customers and employers alike. It’s purposeful work with the opportunity to use your health, rehabilitation or customer care experience to change lives.

If you have experience in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, vocational consulting, workplace health or employment services, this role could be an excellent fit.

As a Team Manager in Personal Injury, you’ll lead with purpose—supporting and developing a team of Case Managers to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers when it matters most. You’ll balance people leadership with performance, creating a culture of care, accountability and continuous improvement. Through coaching, collaboration and clear direction, you’ll help your team navigate complex claims while building confidence, capability and resilience. This is a role where your leadership directly shapes customer experiences and recovery outcomes, while also enabling your people to grow and thrive in their careers.

If you have experience leading teams in allied health, rehabilitation, claims, healthcare, contact centres or other high touch service environments—and are motivated by developing people and making a genuine impact—this role could be a great fit for you.
