Help customers feel confident and supported in every interaction.

As a Customer Service Consultant, you’ll be the voice of Allianz—helping customers manage their policies, answer questions and make updates, while delivering consistently great service. With structured training and team support, this role builds strong foundations and opens pathways into leadership or other areas of the business.

This role could be a great fit if you have experience in retail, hospitality, sales or customer service, particularly in phone based or fast paced environments.

Be there for customers when they need clarity and reassurance.

As a Claims Service Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers starting a claim. You’ll listen carefully, solve problems and guide customers through next steps with care and professionalism—making a real difference in how they experience Allianz at a critical moment.

This role may suit you if you’ve worked in contact centres, customer support or service roles that require empathy, resilience and clear communication.

Build trusted relationships and help customers move forward.

As a Case Manager, you’ll support customers through their claims journey—explaining processes, coordinating next steps and helping drive positive outcomes, including return to work. It’s a role that balances care, accountability and problem solving, making it both rewarding and impactful.

If you come from a background in customer service, healthcare coordination, community services or other people focused roles, this role could be a strong next step.
