How you can kick-start your career with us

As a Customer Service Specialist at Allianz Australia you'll be coming into a great entry-level role that will enable you to develop foundational skills and experience. You'll will join an established team and utilise your strong customer service and sales skills when speaking with our customers about our products. You will be the voice of Allianz and will provide information about our products whilst utilising the opportunity to provide excellent service when making changes and updates to policies. There may also be opportunities to step-up into a team leader role, or move into other areas of the business that may interest you.

As an Allianz Australia Claims Consultant in our Claims Contact Centre, you'll be there to assist our customers when they need us most, as a reassuring first point of contact when they’re at their most vulnerable and experiencing difficult times. You’ll support our customers over the phone, by demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and delivering a professional and courteous experience each and every time. If you love helping others, this role is for you.

As a Case Manager at Allianz Australia, you'll be directly improving our customer's lives and well-being. You'll deal with people experiencing challenging times, but your job is to deliver a positive customer experience for them - and this is what makes it highly rewarding. As someone who builds excellent relationships, you'll help people by engaging with them and their workplace on the steps involved in their claim, including their return to work. Along the way, you'll educate our customers on what will happen at every stage and support them with anything they will need to know about their claim.
