Enter the Allianz Graduate Program with confidence! Learn more about Allianz culture and values through a fully digitalized recruitment process. Get to know your future team and management and start planning your 18 months journey even before you come on board.
Throughout your program, you will be part of a number of exciting projects; these will be based on a rotation scheme, each having a duration of 6 months.
Group Data Analytics:
At the beginning of your journey, you will be assigned a mentor from the senior leadership team who will guide you throughout the program and whose team will host you in an initial 6-month onboarding phase. After this onboarding phase, you will be assigned to a number of exciting projects in based on a rotation scheme, each having a duration of 6 months. Project assignments will be based on project requirements and participant interest. The goal is to give the participant a broad exposure to the type of work that we do and to provide an opportunity for the candidate to immediately apply the skills they have gained at university in a business setting. Projects will generally have a global element, working alongside Allianz operating entities around the world co-developing cutting-edge data analytics solutions across the insurance value chain.
Allianz Direct:
Two projects of 3 months each. After successfully completing and presenting to Senior Management, successful graduates will continue with the rest of 12 months
