Department Description & Job Purpose:
We are looking for a highly motivated working student (m/f/d) within Business Enablement with a focus on the area of Human Resources - Staffing. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in staffing processes, working closely with consultants, managers, and our Staffing team. What is Staffing?
In the context of HR, staffing is a vital process that ensures the right people are placed on the right projects. It’s about understanding each consultant’s skills and availability, matching them with upcoming projects, and making sure teams are set up for success. As a working student in staffing, you’ll be at the heart of this process, assist in handling routine staffing requests, ensuring that the right consultants are matched with the appropriate projects based on their skills and availability.
Key responsibilities:
- Support Daily Staffing Requests: Assist in managing day-to-day staffing inquiries, ensuring the right resources are assigned to the right projects based on skills and availability.
- Staffing Calls: Participate in regular staffing meetings, helping to track open positions, review consultant profiles, and facilitate staffing decisions.
- Data Management: Maintain and update the MS Dynamics database, ensuring all consultant profiles and project assignments are accurate and up-to-date.
- Consultant and Manager Support: Communicate with consultants and managers to gather required profile information, match them with relevant projects, and help facilitate smooth staffing processes.
- Profile Handling: Assist in gathering, organizing, and managing consultant profiles, ensuring they are up-to-date and fit the project requirements.
Key requirements:
- Enrollment in a German University, or (for an internship) in a gap year
- University studies in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
- First work experience as a work student or intern in a corporate environment is a plus
- Project management/stakeholder management skills are a strong advantage
- Organizational skills with multitasking capabilities
- Strong team player with high assertiveness and the ability to work under pressure with limited guidance
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data in systems like MS Dynamics or similar CRM tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- A proactive and hands-on attitude, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
- Business Fluency in English and German is required
- You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months- part time (16-20 h/week)
