At Allianz Consulting we are looking for people to expand Information Security capabilities. We are looking for people with excellent project management skills, as well as strong communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, we look for people with understanding of Information Security, Cybersecurity and IT Risk Management concepts and interest to continue a consulting career in this field.

 

Responsibilities

 

•    Develop project scope, define deliverables, create project timelines and estimate budgets

•   Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring that project tasks are completed on time and within the budget and planning. Ideally in the area of Information Security

•    Identify the potential risk and develop strategies to mitigate those risks

•    Build and maintain a project communication and change management structure

•    Work Closely with stakeholders such as project sponsors, business owners and technical teams to ensure that project goals are aligned with organizational objectives

•    Create and maintain project artifacts such as project charter, project plan, project status reports

•    Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support and monitoring team performance

•    Manage changes to the project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that all changes are communicated to stakeholders and approved by project sponsors

•    Ensure that projects, deliverables, troubleshooting, problem resolution and conflict management are completed within agreed deadline and resolution time

 

Key requirements / skills / experience

•    University degree or equivalent experience

•    Minimum 3 years of experience in operational business or management consulting with a focus on Information Security, Cyber Security or Identity & Access Management topics

•    Previous exposure to Identity and Access Management, Information Technology Governance, or Information Security related topics

•    Previous exposure and knowledge of IT security technology and processes

•    Motivation to continue career in this field of expertise

•    Project management skills, good customer relationship management

•    Proven track record of successful project management in a fast-paced, dynamic, international environment

•    Excellent communication skills and customer-centric working style

•    Pro-active and solution-oriented behavior

•    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

•    Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, KANBAN and other project management tools

•    Excellent verbal and written English required; additional foreign language skills are an advantage

 

Desired requirements / skills / experience

 

•    Strong conceptual thinking and creativity to design new and flexible solutions to complex problems, with high ownership to not only develop but also implement solutions end to end

•    Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, negotiation and mediation) and ability to develop strong business relationships with stakeholders

•    Good understanding or motivation to learn about Information Security concepts and technologies

•    Understanding or motivation to learn about cloud Security concepts and technologies

•    Understanding or motivation to learn about different regulatory, compliances and standards like GDPR, ISO 27001, Data Privacy

•    Insurance and/or financial services business experience or knowledge would be a plus

•    Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to motivate, delegate, instruct and advise, as well as excellent communication and relationship management skills

•    Ability to work seamlessly within a virtual team setup

•    Know-how about of Allianz frameworks and processes would be a plus
