The Global System Integration (GSI) function is responsible for the smooth roll-out and run of target systems, platforms and applications across the whole Allianz Group. This happens via a harmonized set of tools, methodologies, and cross-project quality assurance, to ensure a high quality delivery and best service to our internal customers. In addition, the Head of GSI is also Sponsor of the Agile transformation intiative of Allianz Technology, with the aim to fully transform our company into an agile organization by end of 2023.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of GSI Function and the GSI Office in day-to-day operations
  • Support special projects, including the Agile transformation initiative of Allianz Technology
  • Prepare presentations, reports, decision papers and other documents for the top management
  • Support data quality improvement intiatives and run reports for various stakeholders
  • Prepare top management meetings, workshops and events, e.g. Townhalls

 

Key Requirements

  • Studies in the final phase of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the fields of economics, IT, natural sciences or communication sciences
  • Ability to grasp topics quickly, structured way of working and an eye for the big picture
  • Practical experience through relevant internships, e.g. in the financial industry environment, at consultancies or in high-performance start-ups
  • Excellent command of the English language, written and spoken, German is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Experienced handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and MS Teams
  • Team player who also can work autonomously and takes responsibility for own work
  • Professional appearance and confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to  6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week)
