Key responsibilities

  •  Support project-based work required by Allianz internal customers in the fields of Legal and Data Privacy
  • Support research and coordination activities aimed to solve our client’s Legal and Data Privacy requirements.
  • Taking care of project-related tasks, including all project deadlines and deliverables in the context of customer and stakeholder management.
  • Support the team in creation of presentations in PowerPoints for project-related and internal activities.

 

Key requirements

  • Enrollment in a University, or (for an internship) in a gap year
  •  University degree in law or information technology. Other related university degrees may apply
  • Masters’ degree in a relevant field is desirable or enrollment in a master program
  • English (C1) & German (B1) proficiency. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Good MS Office proficiency (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Sound understanding of general legal and business concepts.
  • Strong team player attitude with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Knowledge and passion for data privacy, AI, Legal tech or related areas

 

Nice to have

  • Experience with GRC tools (e.g., OneTrust)
  • Certification as privacy professional (e.g., CIPP/E at AIPP)
  • Experience working/ studying in international environments.
  •  Internship for 4 to  6 months in full-time (38h/week)
