Senior HR IT Project Manager

Job Purpose/Role
The board area "Business Applications" in Allianz Technology is responsible to run, optimize, transform and innovate the Allianz Group's global target application portfolio. In our department HR Platforms (HRP) in Munich, we are looking for an HR IT Project Manager to coordinate and run projects in the area of SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities
• Define project goals, project set-ups and project plans, and take ownership for their delivery
• Translate project tasks into agile processes, and ensure agile processes are observed. Plan, monitor, control and report project progress to all relevant stakeholders and escalate issues if necessary.
• Manage Customer Stakeholders and translate requirements into the IT processes
• Coordinate and ensure communication flow within the project team and all stake holders
• Create management presentations
• Responsible for financial tracking and reporting
Qualification
• University degree (Bachelor or equivalent), preferably in business administration with a focus on information technology
• SuccessFactors official certification is aplus
Knowledge
• Agile Project Management in IT area; Scrum Skills of advantage
• Stakeholder management
• Very good skill with MS Office Suite
• Jira and Confluence skills
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus
• Fluency in English, any further language is a plus
Skills
• Continuous learning willingness and ability in a fast moving environment
• Very good ability to exchange ideas and information effectively in a concise and logical way
Experience
• 8+ years of professional experience, notably in the SuccessFactor's area
• Used to and willing to work in and with agile teams
