We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Network Engineer to join our team and take charge of managing our Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) based LAN infrastructure and Wi-Fi networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cisco networking technologies, with specific expertise in SDA deployment, configuration, and management, as well as extensive knowledge of wireless LAN technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage Cisco SDA fabric for our wired/wireless LAN infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity, policy enforcement, and network segmentation.
  • Configure and optimize Virtual Networks (VN) within the SDA fabric to support diverse user groups, applications, and services.
  • Integrate Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) with SDA for centralized policy enforcement, authentication, and authorization across the network.

  • Utilize Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) for policy-based automation, provisioning, and management of the SDA fabric, ensuring consistent network policies and configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless LAN infrastructure with Cisco SDA, enabling unified policy enforcement and seamless roaming across wired and wireless domains.

  • Troubleshoot complex SDA and Wi-Fi/LAN issues, including fabric connectivity problems, RF interference, roaming issues, and authentication/association failures.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SDA, LAN and Wi-Fi networking, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our network infrastructure.

  • Candidate with below experience

       SDA (Software Defined Access) : 3-4+ Years

       DNAC (Cisco DNA Centre): 3-4+ Years

  • Candidate with 10-12+ years of Networking experience.
  • Bachelor in Engineering/MCA/M.sc/ M.S./ MBA in Systems, IT or Insurance or Finance.
  • CCNP/Cisco Wireless certifications is an added advantage.
