What You do

- Part of the RPA Deployment Project Team
- In charge of requirements gathering and creating the process definitions used for automation after assessing optimization areas
- Work with the engagement and client teams on current / to be process mapping, involves IT RPA where required on process mapping, involves IT RPA where required fo f urther identify and quantify RPA opportunities and prepares documentation for handing over to the development teams

'• Participate in automation solution workshops to help understand existing process shape the best fit solution.
• Responsible for the as-is process mapping and collaboration to create future state solution
• Provide support to automation implementation team throughout the deployment of new software during dev/ test/ pilot phases
• Acting as a communication bridge between business and implementation team
• Understanding of business requirements and clearly documenting them
• Facilitating the mitigation of risks and issues throughout the deployment phase.
• Delivering demos, automation specific training and awareness sessions. 
• Analyze business process documentation, identify automation opportunities.
• Scoping, Sizing, Business Impact estimation in relation to process automation
 

What You bring

'Business  Expertise
•         Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or Process Owner in Finance and Accounting, HR or ITO services.
•         Great verbal and written communicationskills,
•         Lean / Six Sigma or similar certificate is a plus
•         Strong process minded thinking, problem solvers/ solution oriented
•         Fluent written and spoken English another European language is a plus (French, German, etc.)
•         Independent, detailed oriented workers
•         Thinkers and analyzers - with the ability to engage with stakeholders to understand and respond to their needs in rapidly changing business environments
