Within Operations area we are looking for a Single point of contact who will be responsible for leading, executing and collaborating in projects to achieve Business targets.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

After a training period during which we share our values and mission, you will work cross-functionally with international teams to support the development of new features used by Customers and employees to achieve continuously improvement of processes, tasks, and milestones using feedback and lessons learned as input for future project plans.
You will manage multiple projects and interface effectively with team members across several departments and countries.
You will collaborate in leading the development of business requirements, solution design & delivery, testing and training by applying strong problem solving skills and Agile methodology.


KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

 

- Master's Degree in Information Management, Information Technology or Business Information Systems/Technology/Management or a similar field of study.
- Experience (1-3 years) as project manager or functional analyst or process analyst in insurance business would be an advantage.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of processes related to insurance and/or financial services industry would be an advantage
- Working experience in Agile teams would be an advantage
- Team spirit, self-motivation and a proactive and committed working style, as well as ability to interact in an global work environment with people from different countries and cultures.
