We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) as part of the Fund Management & Client Relations team of PIMCO Prime Real Estate. PIMCO Prime Real Estate is one of world’s largest real estate investors and asset managers. Our Risk Management team is responsible for risk management activities across all regions (Europe, APAC, US), all clients (Allianz and third party) and all products (equity and debt). Start: as soon as possible (February 2024)

Location: Munich / office presence

Duration: minimum for 6 months / ideally long-term

Working Hours: 10-20 hours/week with possibility to increase the working hours during semester breaks (lecture-free period)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Fund Management & Client Relations team in growing and managing business with institutional investors
• Prepare client presentations and reports
• Support in underlying analysis and research
• Update project status, milestones and project plans
• Support in maintaining data in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and ensure information contained is accurate, complete and up to date
• Support in rolling-out various asset- and portfolio-level reports from various modelling and data storage tools
• Support the team on various organizational tasks

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

• Studies in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate or related studies
• IT background and/or data analytics skills appreciated
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
• First experience in an investment-related function (e.g. internship) appreciated
• First experience in modelling tools such as Argus Enterprise appreciated
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Team player with a quick grasp and willingness to learn
• Ability to work proactively and under time pressure
• Excellent in written and spoken English. German, French or other European languages appreciated
