Allianz Operations Consulting is currently looking for a legal professional to join a well-diversified team with a specific focus on Legal, Compliance, Data Protection and Regulatory topics. Our consulting services focus on our clients' needs, especially in the above mentioned areas and in affected business areas within Allianz. For this reason we bring deep, industrial and functional expertise to fulfill our clients’ requirements and support the overall vision of the Allianz Group.


Key responsibilities / You will get to:


  • Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached
  • Deal with Allianz’ legal, compliance, data privacy and regulatory projects to meet the related Data Privacy requirements
  • Identify and analyze relevant legal issues/ queries and evaluate appropriate solutions
  • Present legal recommendations to our clients (Allianz entities) both in written and spoken
  • Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
  • Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events


Key requirements / What we hope you bring:


  • University degree in law, risk management, business / economics, public policy, IT or other university degree with a focus on Data Privacy expertise or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience in project and program management methods and techniques, process development and continuous optimization
  • More than a year of  experience in the area of Data Privacy; Consulting experience is a plus
  • Your excellent command of English that you will use while preparing and delivering presentations and reports; if you can do that in German as well, that will be a plus
  • An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks
  • Your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions)
  • Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • IAPP Certifications (e.g. CIPP, CIPM, CIPT) and skills in OneTrust or other leading Privacy Tool will bring you extra points
