We are looking for a motivated team member to join the Global Data & Analytics team at Allianz Real Estate. This position is of particular interest to someone, who seeks to gain exposure to real estate portfolio analytics and loves story telling with data. You will be part of a global team with diverse skill set and backgrounds.



Support the team with various portfolio reviews and prepare reporting products

Support the team in preparing insights into the portfolio’s risk/return profile, portfolio composition and performance analysis

Further improve existing processes and reporting standards

Contribute to various global data and analytics projects



Studies in finance, real estate, business administration, or quantitative field of study

Proficient in MS Office applications (high proficiency in MS-Excel)

Experience with Power BI and Power Query is a plus

Analytical thinking and detail-oriented personality

Motivated and hands-on-mentality

Fluent in English, German is a plus



Start: January 2023

Location: Munich

Duration: Ideally for one year
