JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

As a Customer Service Manager (m/f/d) - Risk you are part of a diverse service management team that aims to provide the best services for our international clients, like Group Risk. You play a key role in the client relationship management, including the management of service deliveries, service improvements and service performance. Apart from that you will be involved in various projects as face to the customer.

You can expect an excellently staffed and motivated team of experts and an international environment with flat hierarchies. We offer an extensive onboarding program to support your entry into IDS GmbH.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate as the point of contact for group risk entities of Allianz
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Communicate client demands within IDS operating and project teams
  • Manage client service level agreements (SLA) and budgets
  • Service multiple clients and act as subject matter expert
  • Member of various projects

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • University degree in economics, business administration, mathematics and/or equivalent experience in finance
  • Profound work experience in the insurance or financial industry (e.g. Accounting, Risk, regulatory requirements, Solvency II), with focus on risk is a plus
  • Capital markets, finance and asset/investment management knowledge
  • Knowhow of databases (Oracle) or PL/SQL are an advantage
  • Experience with SLA-management desired
  • Strong service attitude and customer orientation
  • Basic negotiation skills and confident manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of analytical thinking, motivation, autonomy and an above-average willingness to perform
  • Fluent in English, very good knowledge in German
