-Develop a strong security and resilience governance for the whole organization
-Establish global security and resilience solutions and countermeasures
-Oversee the effectiveness and guide the implementation of security  and resilience controls


For this team we are looking for you: A Senior Resilience and BCM Manager who has  a profound background  in Business Continuity Management (BCM), IT-Service Continuity Management (ITSCM), Incident and Crisis Management accompanied by project management skills. You are visionary and drive with high ownership for new innovation. You enjoy cooperating with relevant stakeholders to make things happen. Key Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for set-up and execution of Resilience tasks with a focus on global BCM
  • Coordination of response plan prioritization and BCM testing 
  • Integration of BCM activities into central tools to fulfill our clients´ assurance demands 
  • Assessment of the operational effectiveness of BCM and IT-Disaster Recovery solutions
  • Perform and coordinate the design, testing and reporting of response plans and controls
  • Contribute to the update and alignment of the Resilience Strategy of AZ Technology and guidelines
  • Preparation of reports to the Risk Committee, Board and Supervisory Board
  • Full application of Allianz Group IT-tools to administrate the BCM processes 


Key Requirements/Skills/Experience


  • Practical experience with BCM and/or IT-DR/SCM
  • > 5 years of professional experience in practical project and organizational change management
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills 
  • Relevant University degree or equivalent qualification
  • Basic leadership skills in complex enterprise environments
  • Reliable, highly committed, visionary and precise working combined with analytical and solution-oriented intellectual power 
  • Ability to work self-responsible and autonomously, also at times of high pressure
  • Excellent influencing, written and verbal communication skills
  • Capability to build collaborative working relationships and ability to work in virtual and team environments
  • Basic knowledge of internationals standards (i.e. ISO 22301, 27031, BSI) 
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken) and German skills are welcome
