Department description / job purpose / role:

 

Reward & Performance is part of Group Human Resources in Allianz SE. It supports and advises the Allianz SE Board of Management, Committees, and Allianz operating entities on key compensation and benefits aspects, including board and executive remuneration and Allianz’ Group-wide equity programs. It develops and maintains global performance management and reward frameworks to ensure effective strategy implementation and reward governance. 

Allianz combines your work tasks with a two-year dual study program at the Steinbeis Universtiy - School of International Business and Entrepreneurship. You graduate with a M.Sc. in International Management; in addition you receive a MBA from one foreign partner universities of SIBE. During the program a study project forms the core of your Master’s program in which you have the opportunity to make decisions to lead it to success.

 

Your key responsibilities will be the following:

 

• Actively participate in projects designing ESPP strategies and implementation globally
• Roll out the ESPP internationally, being the point of contact with the ESPP coordinators in the Allianz local entities
• Analyze data and prepare reports on key process outcomes
• Prepare presentations to the stakeholders involved in the ESPP
• Coordinate appropriate project meetings

 

Qualification
(education, trainings, certificates, special IT skills - e.g coding languages + specific software skills, language skills, etc.):

 

• Bachelor degree in Economics/ Psychology/ Business Administration or any comparable
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus

 

Experience & Key skills
(relevant professional experience, years of experience, soft skills, etc.):

 

• Practical experience in Human Resources, preferable within the area of Reward & Performance
• Team player, committed, reliable, pro-active, and with a problem-solving attitude
