What you do

 

Reporting to Global Head of Operations Transformation & Support, the Workforce Management Lead will lead the team responsible for the headcount and workforce planning across the Allianz Partners Health platform. This is a strategic role, with a remit to develop and maintain best practice delivery of Workforce Management for Operations globally, aligning with the goals of the business.

 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  

  • Development of global Workforce Management and Productivity Frameworks
    • Develop a standardised framework and programme for workforce management and productivity globally, ensuring alignment across functions and regions within Operations globally
    • Be accountable and take ownership for deliverables within the overall programme, and have the ability to prepare strong recommendation and proposal papers for Senior Management
    • Lead and develop team of direct reports to provide high-quality inputs to the organization and consistently deliver high performance
    • Manage and structure the delivery of functional workforce performance reviews with the support of the appropriate functional operational departments 
  • Implement and embed formalised headcount reporting and planning approach
    • Be accountable for monthly planning exercises to proactively communicate with Senior Management on future scheduling, and also communicating clearly performance in previous periods with KPIs
    • Oversee the preparation of forecasts, capacity plans and schedules for back-office and front-office teams ensuring it meets the requirements of each department and enables delivery of KPIs
    • Coordinate yearly, monthly and ad-hoc headcount alignment exercises with Operations, Human Resources and Finance to ensure full alignment across the business
    • Generate workforce performance dashboards to senior management reporting level
    • Deliver and maintain a monthly approach to global headcount tracking and movements, ensuring aligned data points exist across Operations, Finance and HR 
  • Drive strategic focus on cost and client onboarding across Operations
    • Collaborate with the wider business to assess the impact of new initiatives on resource availability and demand
    • Provide inputs to key initiatives leveraging existing and new data sources to inform key decision making

What you bring

 

 

 

To be successful in this position you will need to have the following skills/ experience:

 

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational environment 
  • Experience in a multinational environment, producing accurate work within tight deadlines
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable working with numbers and complex data sets
