Role :
Within Allianz Trade Group Accounting, reporting directly to NFDC (non financial data coordinator). The CSRD reporting analyst steers CSRD reporting process, consolidates high-quality non-financial data, ensures a second line of control, prepares sign-off, main point of contact to AZSE, auditors and is part of regional and local NFDC community.
Main tasks:
- key contact for CSRD reporting and information requests, Allianz Functional Rule for Sustainability Reporting
- coordinating the data collection process and preparation in close alignment with the function responsible for environmental reporting and the human
- resources function: ensuring reporting deadlines are met, adherence to group data collection guidance, establishment of adequate controls, supporting the preparation and execution of the audit process (if in scope)
- contributing to implementation of CSRD reporting process and to make CSRD reporting a recurring task within the Financial closure processes.
- facilitating CFO sign-off
- contributing to coordinnate and animate a community of regional/local NFDC
Complexity Requires / Future Challenges :
- engagement of all stakeholders on the importance of Sustainability Reporting within the organization
- new CSRD regulation or requirements to report on Non-Financial Data, local legislation on Sustainability Reporting
- ensure compliance with AZ standards/ external auditors standards for non-financial reporting
Knowledge / Experiences / Competencies required:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Reporting function
- Strong analytical and accounting skills
- Experience with internal or external auditors
- Basic knowledge of our sustainability practices and ambitions
- Good knowledge of credit insurance business
- Capacity to communicate with regional experts, group stakeholders and top management
- Great communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Good process minded thinking, problem solvers / solution oriented
- Experience in international companies
Nice to have:
- experience in setting-up internal controls
- experience with external auditors
- affinity with Sustainbility topics
